1. Agreement & Acceptance

This Agreement ("Terms", "Terms & Conditions") is a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player", "You") and jljlaa (the "Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), a Philippine-based online gaming platform accessible at https://jljlaa.cam and related mobile interfaces.

These Terms govern your access to and use of jljlaa's gaming services, including but not limited to slot games, live casino, sports betting, bingo, and specialty games. Violations will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances, bonuses, and winnings across all associated accounts.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

jljlaa is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account if such access resulted from your failure to adequately protect your credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed your responsibility unless you can demonstrate that the breach occurred due to a platform security failure beyond your control.

3.3 Account Dormancy & Closure

Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, wager, or withdrawal activity) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may incur a monthly administrative fee of ₱100 or 5% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jljlaa support. Upon closure, any remaining balance after deduction of applicable fees will be returned to your registered payment method within 7-14 business days. Active bonuses, pending bets, or unresolved disputes must be settled before closure can be finalized.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed instantly and reflect in your account balance within 2 minutes. Bank transfers may take 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on bank processing times. Cryptocurrency deposits require network confirmations and may take 10-60 minutes depending on blockchain congestion.

4.4 Deposit Fees

jljlaa does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider (bank, e-wallet, cryptocurrency exchange) may impose transaction fees. Such fees are beyond our control and are the sole responsibility of the User.

5. Withdrawals & Cashouts

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

You may request a withdrawal only after meeting the following conditions:

• Your account has completed identity verification (KYC)

5.5 Rejected Withdrawals

jljlaa reserves the right to reject or delay withdrawals if:

• Suspicious activity, bonus abuse, or terms violations are detected
• The payment method does not match the depositing method without prior approval
• Outstanding wagering requirements remain unfulfilled

6. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Confirmed bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses, cancellation of associated winnings, and permanent account closure. Repeat offenders may face legal action.

6.5 Promotional Expiration

Violations of this Code of Conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities where criminal activity is suspected.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

9.1 Grounds for Suspension

jljlaa reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion if:

• The User breaches any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is detected or suspected
• The User fails to provide requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe
• A chargeback or payment dispute is initiated by the User or their financial institution
• The account is deemed to pose a risk to platform integrity or other users

9.2 Consequences of Termination

Upon account termination for cause:

• All bonuses, promotional credits, and pending bets are immediately forfeited
• Withdrawable balances (deposits and verified winnings not subject to dispute) will be returned minus any applicable fees or adjustments
• Future registration attempts using the same identity, payment method, or IP address will be blocked
• jljlaa may share information regarding fraudulent accounts with industry databases to prevent future abuse

9.3 Voluntary Closure

Users who wish to close their accounts voluntarily for responsible gaming purposes or personal reasons may request closure via support. Outstanding balances will be processed according to standard withdrawal procedures. Voluntary closures do not exempt users from compliance with these Terms or ongoing investigations.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

If the dispute cannot be resolved through support channels, users may escalate the matter to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service mutually agreed upon by both parties. Arbitration decisions shall be binding and enforceable in Philippine courts.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by law, users agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits, collective arbitration, or representative proceedings against jljlaa.

12.4 Legal Compliance

jljlaa operates in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations and aligns with PAGCOR responsible gaming standards.
